Please continue to check student’s homework folder nightly. Although homework may be reduced over the next week or two to accommodate testing schedules, we are still learning and working towards our 4th grade academic goals. Please also remind your students, school is still in session and they need to maintain the same attention to classwork and homework as we have all year. Please do not sign the planner without looking to see if homework is completed
A note about Testing Week:
Please do not schedule family events, vacations or doctor’s appointments during testing week. In addition, it is important that students are on-time during this week. Anyone who is late or pulled from class early will not be able to finish the tests and will end up receiving zero’s for any portion not done. These tests have very strict rules to follow to ensure consistency across the state, we are not able to accommodate exceptions.
