Book Reports and Mystery Bags are due on Friday and we will have students present next week.
We are working on our last benchmarks of the year! Please encourage your child to finish strong!
The recitation for April is Monday. Please remember to study and bring your packet.
In spalding, we are entering list 31 and being tested on list 30. The students will also have their spelling packet due Friday.
In Language/writing, we will complete grammar lessons 89-93 with a grammar test on Tuesday.
In reading, we will be reading "Sarah, Plain and Tall" out of our Open Court Books and be focusing on making predictions, making connections and asking questions. We will have a test on Wednesday that goes over summation of the story and vocabulary. Lastly, we will be reading our book studies.
In math, we will have test 19 on Tuesday. We will complete lessons 102 and 104 on tenths and hundredths on a number line and changing improper fractions to whole or mixed numbers.
In science, we will finish up our technology unit this week and be working on a technology project in class.
In social studies, Arizona's Government and Economy will be the focus for the last few weeks of school.
